License grant
After verified payment and the approved release, we grant the purchasing account a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the purchased product during its licensed term. An organization may use it for its own authorized internal activities. No ownership of the software or its intellectual property transfers. Monthly and yearly licenses have the paid period shown in your account; a lifetime license has no scheduled expiration for that purchased product. Separate products and third-party subscriptions are included only when expressly listed in the order.
Permitted use and restrictions
Use the product only with accounts and systems you are authorized to operate. Do not redistribute, sublicense, rent, sell, publish license keys, share paid access, bypass license or security checks, or use the product for unlawful activity. Restrictions on reverse engineering or interoperability apply only to the extent permitted by law. Preserve third-party notices supplied with a release; applicable open-source licenses govern their own components.
Beta operation and updates
Beta releases may have defects, limited functionality, changing interfaces or interruptions. Review release notes and supported configurations. Maintain independent records and backups of your own settings where supported, test before relying on automation, and monitor operation. Security or compatibility updates may be required to keep access working; update notices and any legally required support will be provided as applicable. We do not promise specific investment results, perpetual compatibility with third-party APIs or inclusion of every future separate product.
Authentication and financial control
Software may periodically verify account, product and subscription access with ApeBot.io. The website receives access-related device/session identifiers and check-in information described in the Privacy Notice. Connection permissions, exchange or wallet terms and transaction authorizations remain your responsibility. Do not provide support with private keys or seed phrases. The storefront does not take custody of funds merely by granting a software license. This notice does not describe every data flow of separately installed software; review the release documentation before connecting it.
Expiry, refunds and suspension
Stop using a product when the applicable license terminates, subject to any statutory entitlement. Expiry, a refund, unlawful use or a material breach may limit further licensed access. Suspending website access does not guarantee that an exchange order, blockchain transaction or locally running process has stopped; use the relevant platform controls. Paid terms unrelated to a refunded renewal are preserved. Security actions and termination remain subject to mandatory consumer remedies and non-excludable liability.
